Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Maako Collective, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our Cancellation and Refund Policy below.
- Order Cancellation
Before Shipment:
- If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at reach@maako.in or +91 6003435214.
- Orders can be canceled without any charges before they are shipped. You will receive a full refund to the original method of payment.
After Shipment:
- If your order has already been shipped, you can still cancel it. However, the shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
- To cancel an order after shipment, you must refuse the package upon delivery and contact us to inform us of the refusal.
- Return Policy
Eligibility:
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
- Certain items, such as custom or personalized products, cannot be returned. Please check the product description for any exceptions.
Timeframe:
- You have 10 days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.
Process:

- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back to us.
- Refund Policy
Inspection:
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Processing:
- If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Partial Refunds:
- In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable), such as items that are returned more than 10 days after delivery or items not in their original condition.
- Damaged or Defective Items

- Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at reach@maako.in or +91 6003435214. Once the defective item is returned and inspected, we will send out the replacement or refund.
