Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Maako Collective, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our Cancellation and Refund Policy below.

  1. Order Cancellation

Before Shipment:

  • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at reach@maako.in or +91 6003435214.
  • Orders can be canceled without any charges before they are shipped. You will receive a full refund to the original method of payment.

After Shipment:

  • If your order has already been shipped, you can still cancel it. However, the shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
  • To cancel an order after shipment, you must refuse the package upon delivery and contact us to inform us of the refusal.
  1. Return Policy

Eligibility:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
  • Certain items, such as custom or personalized products, cannot be returned. Please check the product description for any exceptions.

Timeframe:

  • You have 10 days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.

Process:

  • Contact us at reach@maako.in or +91 6003435214 to initiate a return. Please include your order number and reason for return.
  • Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back to us.
  1. Refund Policy

Inspection:

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Processing:

  • If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Partial Refunds:

  • In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable), such as items that are returned more than 10 days after delivery or items not in their original condition.
  1. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at reach@maako.in or +91 6003435214. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on your preference. Please provide your order number and a description of the issue, along with any relevant photos.

  1. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at reach@maako.in or +91 6003435214. Once the defective item is returned and inspected, we will send out the replacement or refund.
